Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a CMMS Analyst to provide broad analytic support for corporate facilities initiatives. The role focuses on data interpretation, reporting, and data-driven recommendations using the CMMS system.

The analyst will build ad hoc SQL queries, BI reports, and predictive maintenance models, while working with end users to drive system improvements. Travel is required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL for ad hoc queries and BI reporting.
• Experience with IBM Maximo and Excel essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support business changes and needs.
• Create BI reports (BIRT) and adjust Maximo interfaces (add/remove fields).
• Utilize data models to predict MHE asset needs.
• Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with end users to identify and promote system improvements.
• Review building utilities consumption to identify baseline usage and ROI savings.
• Create training materials and document process changes.
• Travel required.

They will interpret data, and make recommendations to management based on findings. They will help visualize data to others, influencing leaders' decision making.

• Create business intelligence reports (BIRT) and make basic interface changes (add/remove fields) through Maximo's Application Designer

• Utilize and update data models to predict MHE asset needs

• Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance initiatives associated with operationally critical assets

• Work closely with end users to identify and promote system improvements

• Review building utilities consumption, identify baseline usage rates and measure cost-saving improvements achieved through various ROI projects

• Create training materials and documentation of process changes
