Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a CMMS Analyst to provide analytics for Corporate Facilities initiatives and drive data-driven decisions using CMMS data.

You will create ad hoc SQL queries, build BI reports with BIRT, and support predictive maintenance by analyzing asset data and collaborating with end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in General Studies.
• 2–5 years analytics-oriented experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and IBM Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support business changes.
• Create BI reports (BIRT) and modify interfaces via Maximo Application Designer.
• Utilize data models to predict asset needs and support maintenance initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance.

Position Overview

The CMMS Analyst will provide broad analytic support to Corporate Facilities initiatives and drive data-driven decision making based on the information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). They will interpret data, and make recommendations to management based on findings. They will help visualize data to others, influencing leaders' decision making.

Job Description Description

• Create ad hoc SQL queries as needed to support business changes and needs
• Create business intelligence reports (BIRT) and make basic interface changes (add/remove fields) through Maximo's Application Designer
• Utilize and update data models to predict MHE asset needs
• Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance initiatives associated with operationally critical assets
• Work closely with end users to identify and promote system improvements
• Review building utilities consumption, identify baseline usage rates and measure cost-saving improvements achieved through various ROI projects
• Create training materials and documentation of process changes
