• Transaction Support & Execution: Assist in the origination, structuring, documentation, and execution of private placement transactions across various industries and issuer types.
• Market & Credit Analysis: Conduct market, economic, and credit research to support transaction strategy, investor targeting, and pricing guidance.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client and investor meetings, contribute to relationship management efforts, and facilitate transaction execution logistics.
• Investor Outreach: Coordinate roadshows and investor engagement efforts, including scheduling, presentation preparation, and follow-ups.
• Capital Markets Intelligence: Monitor market developments, investor appetite, and pricing trends to provide timely insights to stakeholders.
• Content Development: Prepare customized client pitches, market updates, investor feedback summaries, and internal strategy materials.
