Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Nashua, NH seeks an Analog/Mixed-Signal intern to assist the design of high-performance ICs for timing applications.

You will design transistor-level analog blocks, simulate sub-systems, create behavioral models, supervise layout, and aid tape-out activities including silicon evaluation and production test support. Exposure to PLLs, sigma-delta modulators, ADCs, and mixed-signal circuits is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with analog and/or mixed-signal IC circuit design in a CAD environment.
• Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts, simulation, and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analog/mixed-signal circuit and sub-system design, analysis, and implementation (schematic entry, simulation, layout supervision).
• Development and use of system-level noise models for evaluation of system-level trade-offs.
• Development and use of behavioral models for simulation of analog/mixed-signal circuits and verification.
• Laboratory measurements and validation of ICs; production test development support and customer support.
