You will design transistor-level blocks, simulate, model, supervise layout, verify performance, and assist with tape-out activities while documenting results and supporting production test development. The role requires strong CAD experience, knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts, and good communication skills; UNIX, MATLAB, and scripting tools

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Interest in all facets of chip design from concept to mass production.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal IC design in a CAD environment.
• Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts, simulation, and testing.
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Unix, Matlab, and circuit simulation tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analog/mixed-signal design and layout supervision.
• Develop system-level noise models and re-simulate for specs.
• Create/use behavioral models for simulation of analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Laboratory measurements and IC validation.
• Support production test development and customer support.
