Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Analog/mixed-signal Design Intern in Nashua to contribute to complex IC development for timing applications.

You will design transistor-level analog blocks, simulate performance, and supervise layout with a focus on high-volume production readiness. The role emphasizes teamwork, mentoring junior designers, and hands-on testing and validation across the design cycle, including tape-out preparation.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in EE or related field required or in progress.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal IC design in CAD.
• Strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts and simulation.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with UNIX, Matlab, and circuit simulators.

Responsibilities

• Design analog/mixed-signal blocks and sub-systems for ICs (schematic entry, simulation, layout supervision).
• Develop and use system-level noise models to evaluate trade-offs and re-simulate as needed.
• Create behavioral models for analog/mixed-signal simulations and verify sub-systems.
• Conduct laboratory measurements and validate IC performance.
• Assist with production test development and customer support.
