Thomas Electronics, headquartered in Clyde, New York, is seeking a Process Development & Manufacturing Integration engineer to drive manufacturing process improvements and product introductions across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, expertise in analog circuit design, and experience transitioning designs to production. Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams is essential to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, product development, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and electronic systems.
• Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD and engineering documentation tools.
• Experience with process control software; LabVIEW a plus.
• Experience creating/managing BOMs, work instructions, and documentation.
• Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Create and maintain equipment drawings, BOMs, and configuration control.
• Develop manufacturing work instructions and assembly documentation.
• Integrate products and processes into the Thomas Control Systems framework.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for launches.
