The role requires strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, design of experiments, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership to deliver timely improvements across the flow, test, and manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • Experience with process integration and parametric testing.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage schedules.
  • Experience with design of experiments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize semiconductor device physics to enable competitive tech through process and parametric improvements.
  • Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, DOE, data analysis, and simulation.
  • Own technology parametric performance and Cpk improvements.
  • Parametric test dispositions and root-cause analysis for scrap or outliers.
  • Collaborate with RET to validate OPC and improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of analog and CMOS tech.
