Job summary

Round One Entertainment in Lakewood, CO invites a capable Amusement Supervisor to help lead our new family entertainment facility at Colorado Mills. You will support the Amusement Manager and supervise the arcade department while ensuring excellent guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail management, be comfortable managing schedules, training staff, and handling daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years retail management experience.
• Experience in entertainment/hospitality preferred.
• Experience supervising a team and handling schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and be visibly available to customers.
• Assist Amusement Manager/GM with scheduling and training of staff.

We’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood!

The Amusement Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the supervision and management of the Amusement (Arcade) Department.

Please note you must have aHigh School Diploma orGEDto apply.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, isrequired.

All of management will handle and serve alcohol - as such, youmust be at least 21 years or older.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
• Explains game operation or rules to customers, and responds to customer complaints of machine glitch through troubleshooting.

Team Management

• Assists Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in planning and preparing work schedules, and assignments of employees to specific duties.
• Ensure all store amusement employees are properly trained.
• Be on the floor to provide personal sales support.

Compliance

• Conducts tills checks, refunds, credit and ticket adjustments in accordance with the company policy.
• Supervise department employees to ensure they are in compliance with established operational practices and policies.

Operations Management

• Conducts opening and closing department procedures.
• Control payout ratios of crane operations by remaining highly attentive to pay out numbers and customer volume.
• Assist Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in monitoring store inventory levels on a daily basis.
• Cross trained in other departments for assistance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment / retail / hospitality industries.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
