Dollywood Company is seeking an Amusement Team Member for Dollywood Park in Pigeon Forge. The role involves operating carnival-style games, engaging guests, and selling game packages to deliver a memorable experience.

You will join a team dedicated to safety, smiles, and customer service in an outdoor setting. The ideal candidate is punctual, friendly, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment while upholding Dollywood’s values.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 14 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a team environment, highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory completion of onboarding process which includes background screening and pre employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operates carnival style games outdoors, interacting with guests, setting props, and celebrating wins.
• Explains the rules and prizes for each game and demonstrates selling skills.
• Records the number of games played and prizes awarded.
• Interacts with guests through microphones and props.
• Manages stock levels and merchandising of assigned games.
• Ensures cleanliness and display preparation functions are up to company standards.
• Demonstrates dependable attendance and flexibility with schedules.
• Participates in team success through service and respect for others.
• Communicates needs for product, equipment, and supplies to leadership and helps reduce waste.
• Adheres to Amusements safety guidelines and reports safety issues to leadership.
• Maintains PCI compliance and other required training.
• Strives to create a fun and friendly environment for guests
