Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 14 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a team environment, highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates carnival style games in an outdoor environment, interacts with guests, sets and cleans props, and celebrates wins.
• Explains the rules and prizes for each game.
• Describes different sales packages to guests and demonstrates proficient selling skills.
• Records the number of games played and the number of prizes awarded.
• Interacts with guests through microphones and props.
• Manages stock levels and merchandising of assigned games throughout the workday.
• Maintains cleanliness and display preparation standards at the location.
• Demonstrates dependable attendance and flexibility with schedules.
• Participates in the success of the Games and Amusements team through teamwork and respect for others.
• Assists leadership by communicating needed product, equipment, and supplies, helping to reduce waste.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports issues to leadership.
• Maintains PCI compliance and training as required.
