Job summary

Marmon Utility LLC is launching a two-year rotational program designed to develop future operations leaders. You will rotate through Production Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring from senior leaders.

You will analyze production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools, and you’ll complete a cross-functional capstone project with measurable ROI. Relocation to NH/CT is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and graduating by May 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships or campus activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing operations.
• Analyze and improve production processes using lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Present findings and complete a capstone project with measurable ROI.
