Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Workforce Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, workforce development, or career coaching.
• Experience with underserved populations and barriers to employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload from enrollment through job placement and retention.
• Conduct intake, assessments, and develop an Individual Opportunity Plan (IOP).
• Maintain weekly engagement with participants (in-person, virtual, and phone).
• Identify barriers to employment and connect participants to supportive services.
