The role serves TANF, SNAP E&T, and other grant-funded programs, focusing on delivering tailored case management and employment support.

Initial focus is SNAP E&T with potential adjustments. The position offers full-time hours with benefits and a relocation?

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce development, economic development, and project management.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution practices or case management and career counseling.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, technology, and computer skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with diverse customers and communicate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive career assessments to determine occupational interests and abilities.
• Guides job seekers through career development and exploration, using a range of workforce tools.
• Provides labor market information to help customers set realistic career goals.
• Delivers job-search coaching, resume development, and mock interviews.
• Refers participants to training opportunities and supportive services.
• Maintains caseloads with ongoing guidance and progress monitoring.
