Winchester Ammunition is hiring for a Machine Specialist/Adjuster at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, MO. You will set up and operate high-speed production equipment, perform mechanical adjustments and repairs, and inspect finished parts to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating mechanical production equipment preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 30-40 lbs. and push up to 1,000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines; perform mechanical adjustments and repairs.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure specifications are met.
• Move materials and assist with tool changes as needed.
