Qualifications

• One year of ammonia refrigeration or industrial maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and documentation skills required.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and respond to operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain refrigeration equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Identify deficiencies and prepare work orders for repairs.
• Maintain Process Safety Management records and documentation.
• Complete reports per company policies and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with corrective actions.
• Support safety, environmental and operational requirements.
• Participate in preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
