Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician III to maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and respond to interruptions, with on-call flexibility for emergencies.

You will support PSM documentation and safety programs in a production environment. The role requires a high school diploma, 7+ years of experience, and certification relevance; CMMS experience is helpful, with on-site duties in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and Process Safety Management (PSM) is required.
• Use of technology such as computers, mobile devices, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains PSM, Refrigeration and Safety documentation retention (SOPs, LOTO, P&ID).
• Maintains PMs of refrigeration system.
• Diagnoses root causes by observing, testing and evaluating machinery operation.
• Disassembles machinery and performs repairs.
• Tests and logs daily chemical data and adjusts systems to stay within limits.
• May need to work on full-face respirator and support inventory control.
