Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ammonia Refrigeration Certification a plus.
• Work environment includes noise, extreme temperatures, and heavy equipment.
• Job does not require domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Confer with operators; observe, test, and evaluate machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts and perform repairs.
• Interface with state and federal agencies as required.
• Operate refrigeration and utility systems.
• Perform daily chemical testing and log results; adjust systems to stay within limits.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; use protective equipment.
