The position involves preventive maintenance, parts ordering, and teamwork with training responsibilities as needed. Direct hire for day shift in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years industrial ammonia refrigeration maintenance experience.
• Experience with nitrogen freezers and related equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical refrigeration training.
• Ammonia Operator Level I certification required; Level II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair ammonia and nitrogen refrigeration systems for food production and storage.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Keep logs and analyze data for maintenance planning; inspect equipment with gauges and manuals.
• Order parts and maintain work areas according to GMP and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training as needed.
