Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of related maintenance experience or 4 years in a similar environment.
• Industrial maintenance knowledge across multiple systems and maintenance planning concepts.
• RETA Certification, ammonia refrigeration knowledge, and strong electrical/motor controls skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration/boiler maintenance and assist other maintenance personnel on shift.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs with a team and on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections while following safety and food safety practices.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities and maintain open communication with operations.
