RETA Certification required or attainable
Experience in Ammonia Refrigeration and boiler systems
Strong safety leadership and teamwork required
Ability to perform equipment inspections and audits
Proactive troubleshooting and communication with operations
Comfort with night shift rotating 12-hour schedule
Basic computer skills and independent work capability

Responsibilities

Perform duties of a Refrigeration/Boiler Technician and assist maintenance on shift
Plan and conduct equipment repairs with team
Conduct routine audits and inspections of equipment
Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities and follow safety practices
Maintain open communication with operations
Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests promptly
Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices
Be highly motivated and able to work independently
