Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial maintenance or 4 years of related experience.
• Experience across ammonia refrigeration, boiler systems, and electrical controls.
• Familiar with safety leadership and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Refrigeration/Boiler Technician on shift.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting abilities and safe work practices.
• Maintain communication with operations and respond to urgent requests.
• Adhere to food safety and GMP standards.
• Work 12-hour night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Education

GED or high school diploma

1+ years maintenance experience

4 years’ direct experience in maintenance

RETA Certification
