Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration/boiler technician duties on shift.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and proper work practices.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and respond to unplanned maintenance requests.
• Maintain communication with operations and follow food safety practices.
