Qualifications

• Experience in ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is preferred.
• Strong safety leadership and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work on a 12-hour rotating night shift (2-2-3).

Responsibilities

• Perform refrigeration/boiler technician duties and assist maintenance on shift.
• Plan and conduct equipment repairs as part of a team.
• Conduct routine audits and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot and communicate effectively with operations.
• Follow safety, food safety, and GMP practices.
• Respond to unplanned/emergency work requests in a timely manner.
