Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a Manager, Law Enforcement and External Partnerships within the Financial Intelligence Unit to strengthen collaboration with law enforcement, regulators, and industry groups.

You will lead external partnerships, guide subpoena processes, and drive intelligence initiatives across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Investigations, while ensuring regulatory and privacy requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in law enforcement/intelligence or AML compliance.
• 3+ years supporting AML, Bank Secrecy Act, or related programs.
• Experience managing subpoenas and legal requests.
• Knowledge of AML, BSA and counter-terrorist financing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration with law enforcement, regulators, and industry groups.
• Serve as liaison between FIU and external stakeholders.
• Oversee subpoena, legal requests, and information disclosure.
• Monitor financial crime trends and assess risks for leadership.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Investigations, Product, and Technology.
• Prepare management reporting on program performance and metrics.
