Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an AML/KYC Quality Control Analyst within the Consumer & Community Banking KYC AML Customer Escalations group. You will conduct detailed quality control reviews and manage the QC Case Queue to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will self-manage BAU QC tasks, collaborate with peers to implement compliant solutions, and identify opportunities to strengthen AML/KYC processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed QC reviews for CCB KYC AML Customer Escalations programs.
• Self-manage QC Case Queue with SLA and priorities.
• Collaborate with peers to deliver solutions meeting regulatory and business objectives.
• Identify process opportunities and propose AML/KYC improvements to senior management.
• Influence change and help manage through organizational change.
• Review critical issues, assess risk, and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Maintain AML/KYC risk management framework via case quality reviews.
