Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Escalations Governance Associate within the CCB AML/KYC Escalations Governance team. You will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen governance of the AML/KYC processes and partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

You will manage control reports, write procedures, maintain audit-ready documentation, and lead multiple initiatives with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in process improvement and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and secured drives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of compliance, risk management, regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AML/KYC or related controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and validate daily, weekly, and monthly control reports.
• Ensure on-time reporting; investigate issues and document findings.
• Maintain end-user tools supporting control reporting.
• Draft and maintain audit-ready process documentation.
• Review procedures and author/update guides.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports.
• Facilitate sessions and manage follow-ups to keep deliverables on track.
• Manage multiple initiatives with high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Build and sustain relationships to align and drive outcomes.
