Job summary

JPMorganChase's KYC Quality Assurance team seeks an Analytics Solutions Associate Senior to design, build, and maintain analytics-driven solutions that enhance sampling, testing, and review processes.

You will partner with QA leads, risk managers, operations, and controls to translate business needs into structured analytical requirements and repeatable workflows. You will apply statistical techniques and automation to deliver transparent, auditable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, QA analytics, risk, controls, or operations analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as CS, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Strong Python skills for scripting, data manipulation, and reusable code.
• Experience with statistical sampling methodologies, data validation, and error measurement.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying large structured datasets.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and anomaly detection/classification basics.
• Experience integrating data via APIs or data feeds; basic UNIX/Linux skills.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive scalable processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain analytical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain programmatic frameworks supporting testing, sampling, and review processes.
• Develop Python automation tools to generate samples, validate inputs, and document methodology.
• Apply statistical techniques to support QA conclusions and defensible outcomes.
• Translate testing needs into structured analytical requirements and repeatable workflows.
• Integrate data from internal systems and APIs to enable sampling and workflow automation.
• Partner with QA leads, risk managers, and operations to identify control gaps and improve design.
• Lead process improvements through automation and standardized approaches.
• Perform data quality checks and output validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document sampling logic, assumptions, and controls for audit and regulatory review.
• Coordinate with compliance and control partners, completing required documentation.
