ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities. You will perform detailed reviews, assess entity structures, and escalate higher‑risk matters as needed.

Based in the United States (Wisconsin), you will work within private funds environments, applying risk‑based judgement and regulatory know‑how to ensure compliant onboarding and documentation across various investor types.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of AML/KYC investor onboarding, fund compliance, or financial crime operations.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors and complex structures.
• CAMS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain CAMS.

Responsabilidades

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events within private funds.
• Support Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Review investor documentation across corporates, partnerships, trusts, and regulated FI.
• Analyze ownership structures and recommend substitutions where documents are unavailable.
• Document onboarding conclusions with risk considerations and follow-ups.
• Escalate high-risk investor files to senior reviewers.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA expectations across onboarding delivery.
• Collaborate with team to balance file analysis and coverage.
