ACA Group, a leading GRC advisor, seeks an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring within private funds. You will perform detailed reviews, assess entity structures, and escalate higher-risk matters as needed.

The role requires strong judgement and documentation discipline, plus collaboration to maintain consistent onboarding delivery across engagements. CAMS preferred or willingness to obtain CAMS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AML/KYC investor onboarding in private markets.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors, complex structures, private equity, hedge funds subscription docs.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg AML regime; Cayman Islands AML Regulations; US financial crime principles.
• Ability to apply risk-based judgement with documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events in private funds.
• Support Conduct CDD and EDD per procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Review investor documentation across corporates, partnerships, trusts, and regulated FI.
• Analyze ownership structures and suggest valid substitutes where documents are unavailable.
• Document onboarding conclusions with risk considerations and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex/high-risk files to senior reviewers as needed.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets while supporting consistent onboarding.
