Job summary

ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring within private funds. You will review documentation, assess risk, and escalate higher‑risk matters while ensuring consistent onboarding delivery and adherence to regulatory expectations.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in AML/KYC, with CAMS preferred. Strong judgment and documentation discipline are essential, and familiarity with US, Luxembourg, and Cayman frameworks is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AML/KYC investor onboarding, fund compliance, or financial crime operations within private markets.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors, complex structures, private equity, hedge funds subscription documentation.
• CAMS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain CAMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Support Conduct CDD and EDD following procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Review investor documentation for completeness across entity types.
