Job summary

Western Union seeks a Senior Manager, AML Compliance (ABAC) to lead the company’s anti-bribery and anti-corruption program from its Atlanta office. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business leaders to implement risk-based controls, oversee third-party due diligence, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

The role requires extensive experience in ABAC, FCPA/UK Bribery Act knowledge, and cross-functional leadership in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ethics and compliance, legal, investigations, or related fields.
• Experience managing anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs in a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and global frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Anti-Corruption Office and ABAC program for Western Union.
• Develop and implement policies, controls, and governance for gifts, travel, and third-party risk.
• Perform corruption risk assessments and monitor remediation of gaps.
• Provide due diligence for third parties and support investigations and training.
• Report on risks, investigations, and program effectiveness to leadership.
