Job summary

EY Consulting is recruiting for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program Management Senior Manager to guide AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients across North America. You will shape strategy, lead multi-workstream PMOs, and drive delivery excellence with senior stakeholders.

You will coach teams across PMO, organizational change management, field deployment and benefits realization, while managing budgets, risks and quality in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployment programs across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI pursuits and delivery engagements with focus on quality, risk management and measurable outcomes.
• Manage AMI program planning, mobilization, delivery and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent EY in governance forums and pursuit discussions.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Coach workstream leads and develop reusable delivery methods and assets.
