Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead complex AMI initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will shape Pursuits and deliver multi-workstream programs across PMO, organizational change, field deployment, and benefits realization.

You will build senior-level relationships, guide governance, and drive commercial discipline with a focus on high-quality outcomes and scalable delivery across North American deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Experience leading multi-workstream teams including onshore and offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AMI pursuits and delivery engagements with focus on quality, risk management, client service and measurable outcomes.
• Drive AMI program management pursuits including strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums and pursuit discussions.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, design, requirements, readiness and field deployment.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream engagements with scope, staffing and change orders.
• Develop AMI delivery methods and coaching for a high-performing culture.
