Job summary

IEM is seeking a Full Time AMI Solutions Lead to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role gathers requirements, supports process improvements, and leads functional design for Oracle CC&B, AMI, and Meter Reading systems.

Travel to client sites is required and adherence to LUMA IT standards is essential. Responsibilities include requirements validation, testing support, and knowledge transfer to technical teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as Business Analyst or related role.
• Three to five years in Electric Utility experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead functional design and integration of Oracle CC&B, AMI, and Meter Reading systems.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and support testing and defect resolution.
• Maintain requirements traceability and centralized repository for deliverables per standards.
