Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education, leadership, or related field.
• Experience coordinating educational programs and student services.
• Ability to collaborate with K-12 and higher education partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience planning programs, outreach, and student activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and maintain records.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CVCC Amherst Center.
• Coordinate Amherst County Early College Program components.
• Collaborate with school and college partners to deliver courses and support services.
• Direct student services access: admissions, advising, financial aid, accessibility.
• Assist students and families with requirements, pathways, and transfers.
• Monitor progress and address barriers to student success.
• Coordinate orientation, information sessions, and student recognition events.
• Collect and analyze program data; prepare enrollment and outcomes reports.
• Promote CVCC programs to prospective students and communities.
• Assist with budgeting and administrative operations; supervise staff.
