Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for role and program coordination.
• Master’s Degree preferred to support program leadership and grant work.
• Experience coordinating early college or dual enrollment programs is preferred.
• Minimum three years in education, college advising, or counseling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for Early College programming and liaison with partners such as NECC.
• Plan recruitment, outreach, and orientation events for students and families.
• Coordinate coding in SIMS and reporting with admissions and SIS teams.
• Track student and family interactions to monitor progress and needs.
• Teach Early College Readiness class to prospective students.
• Review applications, transcripts, and transfer credits for dual enrollment.
• Support enrollment process for current and prospective students.
• Create presentations to report on student achievement in programs.
• Collaborate with data analysts for enrollment and attrition reporting.
