Qualifications

• Understand the philosophy of student support services in relation to the total college program.
• Knowledge of college admissions policies and procedures; enrollment services and student life.
• Knowledge of occupational/technical education.
• Knowledge of local and national education tests and testing protocol and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and evaluate dual enrollment programs with partnership school divisions and high schools/centers.
• Communicate with DE instructors; set calendar dates, check rosters, and submit grades.
• Develop dual enrollment contracts with school systems; manage billing and class rosters.
• Assist online application process for partnership schools, students, and parents; aid placement testing coordination.
• Maintain the dual enrollment website and yearly calendars; coordinate with school officials on new course initiatives.
