Job summary

Groz-Beckert USA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager Americas to lead the weaving sales organization across the Americas, driving revenue, margins, and market expansion. The role combines leadership with direct customer engagement and strategic channel development.

You will oversee budgeting and forecasting, manage pricing quality, and collaborate across Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to achieve targets. Occasional extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Textiles, or compatible working experience.
• Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably within an international industrial environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the sales organization across the Americas.
• Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with global Weaving sales strategy.
• Strategic development of markets and growth opportunities across the Americas.
• Ownership of profitable growth, including margin, pricing, and profitability by market.
• Build relations with key customers, OEMs, and strategic accounts.
