Alleima USA is seeking a senior regional sales leader to guide a seven-person team across customer service, inside sales and key account management. You will turn market insight into growth by partnering with production units and global sales colleagues.

Travel up to 50% across the Americas is expected. Location is flexible in the USA, with preference for Kennewick, WA or Scottdale, PA to align with production units.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven sales leadership experience in B2B settings.
• Evidence of growing customer relationships and delivering results.
• Strong pricing, negotiation, and account development skills.
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate market insight into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working across functions and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Model Alleima's safety-first culture and ethical standards in all commercial decisions.
• Translate BU and global sales priorities into a regional plan with ownership of order intake, sales and forecast performance.
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing business and win new customers.
• Lead pricing, negotiations and commercial terms with production units and finance.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and set clear priorities for opportunities using data.
• Lead and develop the regional team across customer service, inside sales and key account management.
• Represent the customer voice and align commitments with production and finance for a strong customer experience.
• Monitor accounts receivable and address commercial risks in line with policies.
