Job summary

Nscale is building the infrastructure that powers AI and seeks a Vice President Project Controls AMERS to establish governance and trusted cost/schedule/risk views across the Americas portfolio.

The role is strategic and operational, building a scalable controls organization and translating complex data into concise executive decisions, partnering with Delivery, Development, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive project controls or capital delivery experience including senior leadership.
• Experience establishing project controls governance across cost, schedule, and risk.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budget management and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Establish Americas project controls strategy, governance model, and reporting architecture for cost, schedule, risk, change, and forecasting.
• Define data ownership, cadence, quality checks, and escalation paths for trusted portfolio data.
• Lead adoption of common project controls systems, dashboards, and analytics connecting project-level detail to portfolio reporting.
• Own consolidated portfolio cost reporting and provide a clear view of budget status, forecast variance, and key risks.
