Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking a Customer Experience Representative to serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers after a spot quote within the Americas. The role coordinates approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff from pricing to execution.

The position focuses on timely, accurate communication, issue resolution, and maintaining records in the Pricing Database.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to triage a high volume of requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Expeditors service offerings and team structures to route requests correctly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for internal and external customers following the execution of a requested quote.
• Coordinate approved quotes with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, accurate handoff from pricing to execution.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to executed quotes in a timely, professional manner.
• Communicate quote status, changes, or issues to affected internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain accurate records of quote execution and post-quote customer interactions in the Pricing Database.
• Escalate unresolved customer service issues or recurring execution problems to management.
