The role combines transformation expertise with change management to deliver step-change cost, productivity, service, quality, and stability gains while embedding the Trivium Business System (TBS).

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing operations and transformation delivery.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or internal transformation programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics to identify performance gaps and quantify opportunities.
• Direct end-to-end delivery of transformation projects with disciplined execution.
• Design and execute change management plans to embed improvements.
• Establish tracking that links actions to financial results and KPIs.
• Standardise Trivium Business System across sites and scale best practices.
• Coach and develop plant teams to sustain improvements.
