Trivium Packaging is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all plant operations, ensuring safe and cost-efficient production aligned with business plans. You will coordinate materials, scheduling, and process improvements while developing the operations team and maintaining budget adherence.

You will lead with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, coordinating with engineering and HR to address personnel issues and optimize performance across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business or engineering with five years of management experience.
• Strong track record in high-volume manufacturing and people development.
• Experience with safety standards and continuous improvement programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of plant operations to deliver safe, cost-efficient production.
• Develop and implement production schedules, budgeting and process improvements.
• Foster TPS-based culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance with Technical Managers to optimize uptime.
• Manage labor costs, overtime and crewing for productivity and quality.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance, including BRC/GMP guidance.
• Partner with HR on personnel issues and performance development.
• Support new product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
