Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to own safety, quality, and throughput on the production floor in Roanoke, VA. You will lead shifts, mentor a capable team, schedule work to hit line speeds, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, enforcing GMP and HAACP principles, coordinating maintenance, and reporting on production, downtime, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a related field or 5+ years as a manufacturing lead/supervisor (screening, reviews, counseling, training, development).
• Evidence of performance management to goals/standards and success leading skilled technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and throughput on the floor and mentor a capable team.
• Schedule and assign work to achieve line speeds and efficiencies; deliver accurate reporting and manage parts inventory.
• Engage in Safety Committee activities and ensure regulatory compliance (GMP/HAACP).
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma methods and 5S, TPM, SMED, and 8D.
• Provide break relief and support in equipment issues and maintenance planning.
