Ladders seeks an Americas Technical Services Project Management Director to guide regional technical services strategy across a complex portfolio in the Americas. This senior role acts as adviser to client leadership and partners with regional teams to drive service delivery, performance, and growth.

Based in New York, NY, the position oversees business continuity and health and safety programs and leads continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Certifications such as FMP, CFM, CPE strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in facilities management or related field.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing complex, multi-regional accounts.
• Proven track record in global account management with P&L responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior technical advisor to client leadership.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical services strategy across all regional sub-accounts.
• Partner with regional account teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and technical performance assessments.
• Oversee business continuity and health, safety, security, and environment programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing innovative solutions.
• Ensure seamless delivery for strategic technical services programs.
