Job summary

Oracle seeks a Director of Project Delivery & Management for the Americas to lead planning, design, and delivery of capital projects across the region, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve safe, high-quality, cost-effective outcomes aligned with Oracle's priorities.

You will build relationships with authorities and stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote Lean, performance-driven delivery across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive portfolio of capital projects in the Americas with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Americas projects, from planning, design, and construction through commissioning, closeout, and handover to operations.
• Develop and execute the Americas project delivery strategy and annual operating plans in alignment with regional business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage multi-year regional capital plans and budgets to keep projects within approved financial constraints and deliver expected value.
• Establish project management metrics and reporting to assess portfolio health, including budget, schedule, scope, risks, and critical success factors; drive early resolution of emerging issues.
• Provide executive-level reporting on Americas project budgets, schedules, risks, decisions, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and contractors across the Americas to maintain project momentum and prevent avoidable delays.
