Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking an Implementation Relationship Manager, Americas. The role owns the technical relationship with customers during implementations and product changes, engaging pro-actively and coordinating with Sales, CSM and Product teams to ensure successful upgrades.

The position requires strong communication skills, on-site customer meetings, and the ability to liaise with resolver groups to resolve issues and deliver planned implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical client-facing or implementation roles.
• Knowledge of Windows servers, TCP/IP networking, cloud concepts, routing and switches.
• Strong communication skills and proactive engagement with customers.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical relationship with customers during implementation and product changes.
• Builds relationships with key technical contacts in named accounts.
• Leads customer readiness activities and acts as customer-facing technical lead.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provides technical advice on connectivity, usage and upgrades.
