London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to support evaluation, implementation, and improvement of market data systems across the Americas. You will partner with stakeholders, developers, and data providers to gather requirements and ensure accurate delivery of financial market data products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs across Refinitiv networks and products.
• Work on multiple project types for the Americas region (Canada, U.S., Latin America).
• Continuously review Market Place with vendor alerts and determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with programmers to modify computer programs, database structures and data dictionaries.
• Gather requirements to create product specs and organize test cases with steps.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings and document, track, and report on projects.
• Provide feedback on scope changes impacting client organizations.
• Lead project delivery of new systems and workflows with planning and status reporting.
• Lead task development, QA and resolve dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues and suggest mitigation actions for governance committees.
• Build productive relationships with a diverse team.
