Job summary

GroWings Robotx North America Inc. is seeking a Supply Management Leader to establish and lead the global supply management function from North America, supporting commercialization and future production of GroWings' autonomous aerial crop protection system.

The role will oversee strategy, supplier development, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing readiness, and supplier performance, partnering with leadership, the Israel team, manufacturers, and suppliers to build a scalable, resilient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Progressive experience in supply management, sourcing, procurement, supplier development, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience developing and executing supply management strategies with supplier performance metrics.
• Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing readiness, and scale-up activities.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain risk management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborative work with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the global supply management organization from North America, building strategies, processes, and supplier relationships.
• Align sourcing and procurement with product development and manufacturing objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic supplier partnerships.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, and cost optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable supply management processes, policies, and performance metrics for growth.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with executives and teams to commercialize the company’s autonomous system.
• Perform other duties to support growth and success of the business.
